Located south of the city of Malang, ± 48 km from the city of Malang, district by geographic area mountains, valleys and hills, and terminated by the South Sea coast (in the south). North bordering districts Kalipare east by districts Pagak and west borders the district Wates Blitar.
Demography : Most of the residents are seasonal farmers (farmers rice, sugarcane, corn, coconut, cassava, soybeans). Some them be civil servants, traders and fishermen. Not a few of them who is a migrant worker to the State.
BEACH NGLIYEP sub Desa Kedungsalam Donomulyo South Malang. Held every 14 Mulud (Rabiul Awal). The history of the culture that is the event PAGEBLUK (a sick morning died in the afternoon, and vice versa) 1913an year. Until there is a pioneer village called Mbah Atun got way out through a dream to carry Labuh event.
The word itself means Labuh sacred objects or throw offerings into the river or sea. In this event the anchoring Kedungsalam perform pieces by throwing offerings of goat heads out to sea. The cookers are required and men are prohibited from wearing green clothes, cooking location must fast and be clean of female elements.
The arrangement of the event are as follows:

5. Throwing offerings into the sea accompanied seblakan
